Check whether your subscription was canceled
- Subscriptions through Roku: To check whether a subscription that is billed and managed through Roku was canceled, go to my.roku.com/subscriptions.
- Other subscriptions: Contact the streaming service directly to check on the status of your subscription.
Check if your payment method needs to be updated
If your subscription didn't automatically renew, you may need to update your payment method.
- Subscriptions through Roku: Update your payment method in your Roku account.

Resubscribe on the Roku website
- Subscriptions through Roku: If you recently canceled a subscription and you're billing period hasn’t ended yet, go to my.roku.com/subscriptions > My subscriptions > Manage subscription to resubscribe.
- Premium Subscriptions on The Roku Channel: go to my.roku.com/subscriptions > My subscriptions > Inactive subscriptions > Resubscribe.
