For any Roku® Smart Home device, Roku streaming player, Roku Streaming Stick®, Roku audio device, or TV made by Roku that is purchased by and delivered to an end user within the United States, Roku provides a limited warranty for the hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use if used in accordance with the provided documentation.

If Roku determines that the device is defective due to a hardware issue within the Warranty Period, Roku’s sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, will be to either repair or replace the unit with either a new or rebuilt device, at its option.
