Manage or cancel a Disney+, Hulu, or Sling TV subscription billed through Roku

To manage or cancel your Disney+, Hulu, or Sling TV subscription, even if you're billed through Roku, contact Disney+ (888-905-7888), Hulu (877-824-4858), or Sling TV (888-394-6698) directly. Roku processes the charge, but Disney+, Hulu, and Sling TV manage the subscription.

Manage or cancel other streaming service subscriptions

If you subscribed directly through a streaming service (such as, Apple TV+, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime Video, Spotify, and others), you must manage or cancel or your subscription through the streaming service and not through Roku. To help you find that information, here's a list of providers’ support websites.

Manage or cancel Roku Smart Home App subscriptions

On the Roku website

  • Sign in to your Roku account
  • Select Manage your subscriptions
  • Under Active subscriptions, select Roku Smart Home Subscription
  • Select Manage subscription
  • Uncheck all cameras and doorbells
  • Review your changes and select Cancel subscription

How to tell if you have a subscription through Roku

To see if your subscription is billed and managed through Roku, go to my.roku.com/subscriptions. Your subscription will be listed there. You can check your billing statement, too. Subscriptions billed by Roku appear as charges from “Roku,” “Roku for ___,” or “The Roku Channel."

Even if Roku bills you for Disney+, Hulu, or Sling TV, contact those services directly to manage or cancel your subscription.

Is there a deadline for canceling a subscription?

Subscriptions auto-renew unless otherwise noted. You can cancel a subscription anytime. You must cancel free trials before they end to avoid recurring subscription charges. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can use your subscription until the end of the billing period. No partial-term refunds are provided. See Roku’s refund policy.

What to do if you’re still being charged after canceling your subscription

If you still see charges after canceling your Roku subscription and the billing cycle has ended, follow these steps to identify unrecognized charges. If you're still having issues with your Roku subscription, contact Roku support. If you have a Disney+, Hulu, or Sling TV subscription, or a subscription through another streaming service, contact them directly for help.
