How do I resubscribe if a channel subscription did not renew?
The payment method linked to your Roku account allows you to purchase subscriptions to channels from the Roku Channel Store. Subscription channels can be managed or canceled directly from your Roku® streaming device, or by accessing your Roku account online. Learn more about managing or cancelling a subscription.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the start of the next billing cycle. When a subscription fails to renew it is usually because Roku is unable to charge the payment method associated with your Roku account. To resubscribe, you will need to purchase the subscription again.
To renew a cancelled subscription:
- Verify the payment information associated with your Roku account is up to date and valid. If you need help, review the steps for updating the payment method on your Roku account.
- On your Roku streaming device resubscribe to the subscription.
- If you subscribed from within a channel, launch the channel, sign in and follow the on-screen instructions.
- If you subscribed to a channel from within the Channel Store, find the channel, select the subscribe button and follow the on-screen instructions.
