The payment method linked to your Roku account allows you to purchase subscriptions to popular channels, rent or buy movies and TV shows, or make other purchases from the Roku Channel Store. If your Roku® streaming player or Roku TV™ has been lost or you suspect it has been stolen and you wish to remove the payment method, sign in to your Roku account and follow the instructions below.
Note: If you have other Roku devices in your possession that are also linked to your Roku account, you may choose to remove the lost or stolen device from your account and update the payment method (rather than remove it).
Depending on the circumstances of the loss or theft of your Roku device, you may wish to take additional precautions.
