Every Roku® Smart Home device has a unique MAC address that helps identify it when connected to your network. You may need to provide this MAC address when contacting Roku for customer support or product service. You can find the MAC address in the Roku Smart Home app, on the physical device itself, or on the original packaging.
With each Roku home monitoring device, camera, video doorbell, bulb, plug, and light strip, you can use the steps below to find your MAC address in the Roku Smart Home app for iOS® and Android™.
Most Roku Smart Home devices have their MAC address printed on the physical product somewhere, or on an included accessory. This information is typically labeled MAC, but some products may list both a Wi-Fi MAC and BT MAC. In these cases, use the address labeled Wi-Fi MAC.
Note: The MAC address is not printed anywhere on a Floodlight Camera SE. You will need to find this information in the smart home app or on the original packaging.
To get to the MAC address on some smart home products like a video doorbell, entry sensor, motion sensor, or keypad, you must unmount the device. If this is inconvenient, you may want to try and find the MAC address in the Smart Home app or on the original packaging.

1 With the Outdoor Camera SE, there is a unique MAC address on the base station and each camera that connects to the base station. Up to four cameras can connect to a single base station.
2 Look on the controller where the light strip is connected.
If you have the original packaging for your Roku smart camera, video doorbell, or light the MAC address can be found on the product label near the UPC code. Roku home monitoring devices do not list the MAC address on the packaging.
