Pourquoi une chaîne n’est-elle plus disponible sur mon appareil de streaming Roku® ?

Contexte

Streaming channels are either added to your Roku streaming player or Roku TV™ from the Roku Channel Store, or by entering the content provider’s dedicated access code into your Roku account. If you can no longer find the channel in the Roku Channel Store or the access code no longer works, the channel may no longer be available on the Roku platform.

  • Note: If you subscribed to or purchased content on a channel that is no longer available on your Roku device, you can contact the content provider for more information.

Why would a channel no longer be available?

Roku strives to create an amazing entertainment experience for our customers by offering access to thousands of streaming channels. At times, our content providers may choose to remove their channel from our platform at their own request. In other cases, a channel may be removed by us if it violates our terms and conditions. The Roku Channel Store offers thousands of channels with a wide variety of content. To find similar content, you can look through the selection of featured, recommended, or top free channels; or browse channels available in various categories.
If you pay for a traditional cable or satellite subscription, you may be able to find a TV Everywhere channel that provides access to similar content after you authenticate using the login credentials (username, password) for your cable or satellite provider.

If a removed channel is a cable or TV network, you may be able to find similar content on a TV streaming channel like Hulu with Live TV, Fubo TV, or YouTube TV. Subscription services like these offer a broad variety of packages that include major broadcast and popular cable networks.
